If you are an invited speaker, please let us know your exact attendance dates as soon as you know them and we will arrange accommodation for you (unless you prefer to arrange your own). If you let us know your flight details we will also arrange for you to be picked up from the airport.

Most participants will likely be housed in the Glenroyal Hotel in Maynooth, a short walk from the NUI Maynooth campus. This hotel would also be a good option for other participants in need of accommodation.
