Holographic Magnetic Catalysis
I briefly review the effect of magnetic catalysis of chiral symmetry breaking in conventional field theories. Next I review some relevant holographic set-ups and describe magnetic catalysis in holographic gauge theories dual to the Dp/Dq brane intersection.
