Kaleidoscope of topological phases in exactly solvable lattice models
Exactly solvable lattice models provide a rich ground for investigating topological phases. I will present our exact solution of the family of lattice models which include the Kitaev honeycomb model, the Yao-Kivelson model and particularly the square octagon model. The last provides a kaleidoscope of topological phases with multiple Majorana species.
