Fractional Topological Insulators
In this talk I will describe some exactly soluble models for fractional topological insulators in two and three dimensions. I will discuss their bulk and edge properties, and distinguish between those that carry gapless edge modes that are protected by time reversal and charge conservation symmetries, and those that do not.
