Registration and conference dinner: There will be a IR£ 10 charge for registration (registration for graduate students is free) and one of IR£ 25 for the conference dinner; we require early booking and payment for the conference dinner and would very much appreciate your cooperation in this matter. A cheque in advance for the conference dinner payable to Professor S. Sen would be most welcome.
Accommodation; If you require hotel or bed and breakfast accommodation a list of suitable addresses can be obtained by contacting Margaret Matthews at the School of Theoretical Physics, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies. Her telephone number and email address are +353 1 6140 137 (direct line to office) and matthews@stp.dias.ie respectively.
Car parking: Car parking at the conference venue TCD is very scarce. However if you wish to try to park in TCD during the conference you must supply the conference organisers in advance with the registration number, make and colour of the car you will be using. TCD will also make a small charge for parking usually, but not always, payable at the point of entry.
Official invitations: Should you require an official invitation
to attend the conference for a VISA application, or for any other reason,
please contact the organisers who will provide it.
