There is no required textbook for this module, and there are many, many books on the subject that you can find in the library or via websearching. Two that are worth mentioning are:

A Student's Guide to Lagrangians and Hamiltonians, Patrick Hamill (Cambridge)

and

Classical Mechanics, Herbert Goldstein, John Poole and John Safko (Addison-Wesley)
